Business Development Executive (6)

Role Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Abuja (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Resumption: Immediate
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 (Monthly) + Performance-Based Commission 3%

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property market
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close property transactions
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to management

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (an advantage)
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Knowledge of the Abuja property market is an added advantage.
