Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and maintain inventory for our event operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking event materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring items are available, well-maintained, and accurately accounted for before and after events.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers (manual and/or digital).
- Issue materials for events based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Track movement of items in and out of the store, especially during event setups and breakdowns.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Report damaged, missing, or obsolete items to management promptly.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams before and after events.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Assist in planning inventory needs for upcoming events and projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or Inventory Officer (event industry experience is a plus).
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move event equipment when required.
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
- Requires 24/7 hours working especially during event periods.
- Involves warehouse/store work and occasional on-site event support.
- Temporary Accomodation Available
- Feeding Allowance
- One day off
Salary : 70,000
Assistant Supervisor
Job Title: Assistant Supervisor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Shomolu)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant Supervisor to support the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating staff, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring events run smoothly and professionally from setup to breakdown.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supervisor in managing event staff, vendors, and temporary workers
- Support event setup, coordination, and dismantling at venues
- Ensure staff adhere to schedules, roles, and company standards
- Monitor event activities and quickly resolve operational issues
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Help enforce health, safety, and venue regulations
- Provide post-event feedback and reports to the Supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND (higher qualification is an advantage)
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or supervision is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Physically fit and able to move around event venues
